Driving startup thinking in corporations

  Red Garage Ventures was asked to help design and run an interactive session with Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA)'s top innovators in their INNOV8 program.combined
  The session was part educational, part reward and recognition. The primary objective was to depart practical skills and a framework for attendees to think more like an entrepreneur and apply this learning in a corporate environment, gaining skills for lifetime while realising failure is a critical learning process rather an outcome of misadventure -  and think more like a Startup!  
  Attendees also learnt why it’s important to innovate and why companies need to continue to innovate and why they seek employees who have the passion, persistence and patience to make innovation happen.  
  In addition, Red Garage prepared special "startup" templates and materials to help attendees test idea assumptions.

      Helped by Pollenzier, the session saw real startup mentors help and encourage the group along the way while providing an external point of view.
